What is your cancellation policy? One of the best around
Although deposits are non-refundable we do allow our customers to reschedule to another date for any reason. Our cancellation policy is we require a 25%-100% deposit on your order. Larger Parties or parties booked last minute require a larger deposit. All deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking. Deposits are taken so that the equipment is reserved and taken out of inventory. If a customer cancels for any reason they forfeit any deposits or payments made, this includes weather, issues with landlord, illness, etc The customer has 30 days from original party date to have deposit applied towards new party date. Cancellations for Saturday parties must notify Day and Night Party Rentals by Thursday at noon to avoid forfeit of deposit. Cancellations that cancel within 36 hours of their party date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee Cancellations for Sunday parties must notify Day and Night Party Rentals by Friday at noon to avoid forfeit of deposit
Changes to orders is up to the discretion of Day and Night Party Rentals management and any changes must be made within 14 days of party date.
Deposits are taken only on inflatables and tent rentals not accessory items such as concession machines and tables and chairs. No deposit or portion of can be applied towards these items. In addition to losing the deposit If a customer cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled delivery time they will be charged a $75-$100 cancellation fee

If I cancel can I use my deposit towards another rental?
If a customer cancels 48 hours before their party date their deposit can be applied towards a new date within 7 days of original date. Due to the Corona Virus we have extended our policy to 60 day or until 10/31/21 If a customer cancels within 48 hours of their party date all deposits/ payments made are forfeited. Deposits are non transferrable to friends/family members. Additional deposit may be taken to secure new party date. Deposits can only be used on same or higher priced items.

What if it rains?
Many times the weather has a 20-50% chance of rain on any given day. We suggest keeping your party scheduled unless the forecast is calling for rain all day. Many of our units have roofs on them to keep the unit virtually dry however if heavy rain it can find its way in. If you choose to reschedule please do so before 48 hours of your party date so your deposit can be applied to a new date. If you choose to go forward with your rental and it does rain there are no refunds given. Once the items are loaded on the trucks/trailers there are no refunds given. If you choose to reschedule we will do our best to accommodate you to give you exactly what you rented but please be advised that rain dates are not always available.

When will my items be set up/ picked up?
We strive to deliver your items the day before especially if your party is on a Saturday. Depending on the day of your party we may set up your items several hours to an hour before your event starts. We call our customers a few days before your party to set up a 3-5 hour delivery window. Please understand that we are extremely busy and try to be flexible but there are times where we must choose the time because its the only time available for delivery. Our drivers have all been trained on how to safely set up all equipment and if a location is not safe or appropriate for an item they will choose their own. All items must be set up on grass that is free from debris and pet waste. While we try to be on time for all our delivery windows please understand that things happen throughout the day beyond our control. We ask that all customers be flexible and home for their deliveries. And that the delivery window is our best estimate not a guarantee. If a customer is not home for a previously scheduled delivery window a redelivery fee will apply.
Many items are left overnight. The inflatable does not need to stay inflated all night. Simply unplug it from the outlet or turn off the power switch on the blower. All inflatables need to be set up within 50 feet of a power outlet. Please be aware that we unfortunately do not have enough extension cords to provide every customer with one and it is highly suggested that you have your own ready that is three prong and at least 12 gauge. Day and Night Party Rentals will not be held responsible for malfunctioning extension cords whether it be the customers or our own. We reserve the right at our discretion to pick up the unit at dark.

Payment due is the day of delivery before equipment is set up. No Exceptions! Equipment will not be setup if payment is not made at the time of delivery. We DO NOT accept personal checks as a form of payment at delivery due to the risk of insufficient funds. Please have payment ready when the drivers arrive with your equipment so that they are not delayed and late for the rest of their deliveries. This means you cannot hand them a check or go to the ATM and expect them to wait. Our drivers have a very busy schedule and cannot wait. Please have exact change as they do not always carry change with them. Tips are always appreciated but never expected! Coupons are not accepted at the time of delivery if not on the order sheet.

Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes we are proud to be one of the only licensed and insured party rental companies in the area! We carry amusement insurance and all of our inflatables are licensed with the state. If you need proof of our insurance please ask!

Can I have my party indoors or on pavement?
Yes almost all of our items can be set up on pavement. Customer must make us aware at the time of booking. A fee for sandbags or water weights (barrels for tents) will be applied to the order. If a customer does not make us aware at the time of booking a $25 fee additional to the weights will be charged. Please understand that this is a safety matter and all units if they are not staked into grass they must be weighed down. If we are not made aware and come to set up the unit we may have to return to the warehouse to get the proper equipment. Indoor setups also require sandbag weights. Customer must go to the venue ahead of time and get the ceiling clearance height and that there are no obstructions. If we arrive at a venue and find that the unit will not fit your deposit will be forfeited. Units can also NOT be brought upstairs. A large enough elevator must be available for use.

Yes a rental agreement has to be signed on all orders before equipment is set up. Who ever signs the rental agreement takes full responsibility for the equipment and what they are signing. No one under 18 may sign the rental agreement. If you leave your teenager under 18 home alone at the time of delivery your equipment will not be able to set up and a redelivery fee will apply.

Is there a delivery fee?
Yes there may be a delivery fee depending on where you are located and what item(s) you are renting. We try our best to keep our delivery fees to a minimum but due to rising costs and mileage we may have to charge a delivery fee. If you have a question on delivery fees please ask at time of booking. Sorry for any inconvenience!
