All deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking. Deposits will not be taken for items costing less than $100 (tables, chairs, concession machines) and no deposit can be applied towards these items.
Due to the high demand, and we take the item out of inventory for your party date once deposit is received. If you cancel and do not reschedule your rented products there will be no refunds given. Due to the fact that we deny other customers who are looking to reserve same products on same dates as well as incur administration processing fees, and credit card processing fees no refunds will be given.

Day and Night Party Rentals reserves the right to pick up their equipment at any time for inclement weather or unsafe operation.
Inflatables- Customer has use of the unit from the start of their party until sunset
Tents-- unless threat of severe damaging wind tent will be left until the day after the party. In event of tornado forecast or damaging wind Day and Night Party Rentals has the right to pick up the equipment
